Demonstration of use of a Trademark
In accordance with Article 233 of current Mexican Trademark Law it is necessary to demonstrate the use of a trademark on the term of three years counted as from granting dated, paying also the corresponding fees for such purpose. If demonstration of use is not file at IMPI, the trademark is withdrawn automatically.
Demonstration of use on trademarks granted before August 10, 2018, demonstration of use must be effected when the coming renewal of the trademark be requested.
